Our Team

Shelly has been a therapist with Prairie Rehabilitation since 2010, working at the skilled nursing facility, Tieszen Memorial Home, in Marion, SD. She is currently the clinic lead and primary Physical Therapist Assistant there. She graduated from Lake Area Technical Institute with an Associate’s degree of Applied Science in 1996. She enjoys a wide variety of treatment techniques to help her patients achieve their therapy goals and promote lifelong health and wellness. Shelly enjoys working with a varied patient population. She has completed many continued education classes throughout her years that help to maintain current treatment techniques and to stay relevant in the field of Physical Therapy.

Shelly enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and their two sons, as well as attending their activities. She takes pride in working in her hometown taking care of her fellow community members.
