Interest Areas and Certifications: Her clinical interests include: Outpatient Orthopedics, treatment of the spine, extremities, and post-surgical patients. Also, treatment of balance dysfunction and vertigo. Specialty area includes: Women’s Health for treatment of pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction, and pregnancy related pain.
Michele was raised in south Florida. She received her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 1995. She practiced in a variety of settings for 12 years before relocating to Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2006. She has been working for Prairie Rehabilitation for since moving to Sioux Falls. She has many years of experience in a variety of work settings, but her main area of interest has been in outpatient Orthopedics.
She enjoys working to improve the quality of life of her patients by getting to know them and their personal needs. She provides individualized, hands- on treatment to get people back to their daily routines and to help live their lives to the fullest.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her energetic puppy. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping or just relaxing with a good book.
