
Kristin Lohnes, MSPT

Kristin is a women’s health physical therapist with over 25 years of experience. She holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree and specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, treating conditions such as pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy- and postpartum-related concerns, and core and breathing dysfunction. She has attended two courses through Herman and Wallace for pelvic floor related conditions and has attended numerous other courses on general orthopedic conditions, such as on low back pain, hip pain, weakness, balance and falls for the elderly.
Kristin takes a whole-body, evidence-based approach, emphasizing the connection between the pelvic floor, breathing, posture, and movement. She is known for her clear, compassionate education style and individualized care that helps patients feel confident, supported, and empowered in their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, staying active with walks and strength training, preparing healthy meals, and making time for friends. She also shares her home with two dogs who keep her moving and grounded.
