Alex is originally from Jackson, Minnesota, and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Jamestown in 2026. He is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, chronic pain, vertigo and vestibular rehabilitation, geriatrics, and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Alex believes that movement is medicine and often reminds his patients that “motion is lotion!” By taking a patient-centered approach, he works alongside each individual to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their personal goals. Whether the goal is reducing pain, recovering from an injury, returning to sport, or getting back to favorite hobbies and daily activities, Alex is committed to helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active through workouts at the gym, hanging out with friends, and watching or playing sports of all kinds.
