Today I graduated from therapy and
am walking like a normal person.

When I walked into Prairie Rehab-Tea I literally could hardly walk. I had a posterior THR 9/2020 and had gone to other rehab right after surgery and a yr post surgery with poor results. I had absolutely no strength in the muscles, My limp was more severe than prior to surgery. I received a very thorough initial exam and they explained so much to me about different muscles and the IT band and laid out a treatment plan. Today I graduated from therapy and am walking like a normal person. I want to thank Abbie and Meghan for the best care ! They are so caring and knowledgeable with a perfect treatment plan. I am back to all normal activities.

I’ve used Prairie Rehab for a nagging elbow injury. With a few physical therapy sessions I learned how to properly let it heal without further aggravation. It since has fully recovered and I am back to all normal activities. Tim and the gang are great!

The care we have received has been consistantly excellent

Our immediate family as well as our extended family has used the services provided at Prairie Rehab & Fitness in Jackson, MN for the past several years. We have used physical therapy and occupational therapy. In addition, we have used the fitness center provided at the Center for several years. The care we have received has been consistantly excellent provided by Tim, Diane, intern Whitney, and Haley. We couldn’t be happier. Kelsey in the office is the professional every business wants for their office manager. She is top notch. We are so fortunate to have this service in our community. We recommend Tim and his crew to everyone.

I saw improvement in just a few sessions

Came in to get help with symptoms of a degenerative diagnosis. Through my sessions the PT asked lots of questions to dig into root causes of the problem and what aggravates it. Was able to knowledgeably provide exercises and movements to help improve symptoms and continue to work on strength through a home program. I saw improvement in just a few sessions and now have tools to keep my symptoms manageable. The office staff was very friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments that worked for me and would call if there was a cancellation that she thought would work better in my schedule.

Dr. Riley has been patient, has humor and knows how to be serious in getting the correct muscles to function and work in my body to eliminate any pain. I was impressed by my improvements week by week

I have completed my physical therapy at Prairie Rehab in Luverne and I honestly believe choosing this location was a good decision. My therapist Riley Price knew right from the start which road to take, step by step she knew what I was going to go through and plan a perfect treatment course for me, and answered my questions and concerns along the way. I was impressed by my improvements week by week, nobody wants to be a cripple and Prairie Rehab takes their job seriously to help with that. Thank you Riley, Jim, and the rest of the team.

The folks at Prairie Rehab Luverne are the best. I have been seen most recently by Riley (mostly) and Jim. They have helped me immensely with my long-standing back problems as well as neck and shoulder problems. I feel well-equipped now with the PT tools they taught me. I walk in there feeling nearly crippled, and weeks later walk out back to normal. Strongly recommend them for all they do (which is a lot).

All the therapist were great!

I go to exercise at Prairie Rehab at least 3 – 4 times a week, very clean facility. Staff is very helpful in answering any questions about the machines. I went for therapy after my knee surgery, all the therapist were great.

They're the Best!

I moved to Sioux Falls in 1993, bringing with me several back issues. By 2003, I had worked with 2 to 3 other physical therapy agencies. It wasn’t until I went to Prairie Rehabilitation that I started to receive physical therapy that I felt was working best for me. I continued to have additional issues that required their services. There are several different therapies and services that I have utilized. I had home therapy services, strengthening exercises, ultrasound, .occupational services, hand therapy, dry needling and a few others I didn’t mention. I know they have other services as well. I know they also have several locations in South Dakota and Minnesota. I received services on Cliff Ave in Sioux Falls, in Harrisburg, and on 26th and Marion. My most recent therapy was at Prairie Rehabilitation on 26th and Marion Road. It’s less than a mile from where I live. Is that convenient or what?!

The therapists and therapy assistants have been terrific! Lori, Al, Jeff, Joe and Tarah, Micah, and Megan! These are a few of the therapists/They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and in addition they have super personalities. They truly understand your medical condition. I also want you to know that the office staff is incredible. They are busy taking calls, scheduling appointments, making copies, etc.

These are some of the reasons I like Prairie Rehab. I feel so welcomed! If a doctor, friend or family member or other professionals would ask me about where a good place to go for physical therapy would be, there is no other answer than Prairie Rehabilitation.

My foot is almost “back to normal.”

Troy was great help with my foot. He took the time to listen to the problem, suggested therapy that worked and was very patient with all of my questions. Long story short – I’ve made more progress with Prairie Rehab than 2 years of working with foot doctors. My foot is almost “back to normal.” Highly recommend this place. It’s very clean, great hours and terrific staff!

After my mother-in-law fell we were referred to prairie rehab in Luverne. Michelle and Jim were so patient and helpful. They really seemed to care about her and her recovery. She also saw Ashley for some occupational therapy. She helped get strength back in her hand. They went beyond the exercises and helped give ideas to solve daily living problems for her. I would definitely recommend them.

I was referred to Prairie Rehab after being diagnosed with lymphedema in my arm. Michelle was great with explaining my condition, treatment and how to do my therapy and home care. I was also seen my Jim and Alexis, both were great and you could tell they have good respect for Michelle and her knowledge of my case and treatment. I would highly recommend Prairie Rehab to anyone needing this type of service.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in thinking I needed surgery and three weeks in, it is looking like surgery is not necessary!! They are very nice and really know their stuff. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Prairie Rehab-Tea when it is time to replace my second knee.

I chose Prairie Rehab in Tea for its proximity to my home in Lennox. Little did I know that I would have such professional and personable people to help me rehab from my total knee replacement. Abbie, Megan, and Janice did an amazing job of working with me. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them to others and will return to Prairie Rehab-Tea when it is time to replace my second knee.

I have done therapy other places before, but this time i have had more improvement than I ever have. I am able to do my daily tasks at home much easier. Scheduling, treatments and the staff make me look forward to coming to therapy. I am going to miss them all now that I am done. I was diagnosed by my doctor with sciatica and narrowing of L4 & 5 in my spine. I was in a great deal of pain. I was given the opportunity to choose where to go for physical therapy and since I live close to Prairie Rehabilitation in Harrisburg that was my choice. I could not be happier with the professional care and courtesy I received there. Lori and Micah are exceptional. They pushed me to work, but never over pushed. I learned many home exercises to self adjust my back and strengthening exercises to help my core get stronger in order to help keep my back in place. Kayla, the receptionist/scheduler/all things needed front desk employee is courteous, highly efficient and caring. I would strongly recommend Prairie Rehabilitation-Harrisburg to anyone!

The physical therapy group, Prairie Rehabilitation, located in Harrisburg, SD was amazing at helping to treat my jaw pain. I came to them with locked jaw and TMJ issues and they immediately began a detailed program that fit my exact needs. Lori was wonderful to work with and made the experience awesome. I would definitely recommend Prairie Rehabilitation in Harrisburg, SD to anyone, with any issues, as I know they will be well taken care of with Lori and her staff!

My experience at Prairie Rehab was extremely pleasant and rewarding. The physical therapists, during the evaluation phase, were helpful to explain what they considered to be my problem areas. They developed a program specific for my treatment in the clinic and for my home therapy also. I was impressed with the PT’s knowledge of body mechanics and their ability to explain in detail what was occurring physically in my situation. They showed a true compassion for the problem I was suffering from. The support staff were consistently upbeat and friendly for all my appointments. When I had questions about my EOB’s, the billing dept. was quick to explain and they were a real delight to speak with. I have total confidence in referring others to Prairie Rehab who are suffering any type of physical pain or restriction.

The Prairie Rehabilitation staff is fantastic!

I had major shoulder surgery on June 1, 2020. Surgeons were concerned that I would never get more than 50% of the mobility back. WRONG! With the help of Prairie Rehabilitation I am now 90% and with the at home therapy they taught how to do I believe 100% is in my future. The Prairie Rehabilitation staff is fantastic! It wasn’t always easy but they never gave up on me and motivated me to push through to the end. A big HOO-AH from this old military veteran!

After just 2 weeks, my shoulder is feeling much better.

Last summer I had a trigger finger which was giving me problems with things that I enjoyed doing. The Orthopedic doctor thought I might need some surgery on my hand which didn’t sound like any fun, so I decided to try therapy first and surgery as a second option. Boy am ever glad that this is the path I chose! A big thank you to Tim as I am not just sure which hand the trigger finger was even on! I am now back at Prairie Rehab for an issue on my shoulder, again with Tim. After just 2 weeks, my shoulder is feeling much better. I still have away to go but I know I am in good hands and if I do as Tim says it will get even better! Thank you Tim…you are the best and I would recommend checking out Prairie Rehab before and after any surgeries to everyone! Right now Tim has a student working with him and Brenna is great but will be even better under the guidance of Tim….so thanks to Tim and Brenna for their concern and knowledge to help me recover!

Prairie Rehabilitation in Sioux Falls is absofreakinglutely awesome! Joe Bures takes the time to figure out what’s causing your issue. He shows you ways to improve your condition on your own along with his treatment plan at the clinic. I’ve been going to Joe for 2 years now with conditions ranging from foot drop, golfer’s elbow and shoulder impingement. He’s the real deal!! If you’re living with pain that’s decreasing your quality of life, get in and see Joe!!
