Lee Glasoe, OTR/L, CHT

Lee grew up in North Dakota and graduated from the University of North Dakota. He started his career in Sioux Falls, SD working primarily with Hand and Upper Extremity orthopedics. He started a private practice specializing in Upper Extremity rehabilitation. After a number of years this practice merged to form Prairie Rehabilitation. Lee is a founding partner of Prairie Rehabilitation.

As President and CEO, Lee’s primarily focused on the administration and leadership of Prairie Rehabilitation. Lee believes our culture is extremely important to the success of Prairie Rehabilitation. Hiring people who not only share your organizations values, but also who strive to be lifelong learners, and have a personal growth mindset, is essential to providing an exceptional customer experience. Lee states we are fortunate to have surrounded ourselves with outstanding people who strive each day to be exceptional. Lee is an active member of the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies (NARA), serving on the NARA board and on other committees.

Clinically, Lee has extensive experience in treating Hand and UE injuries and is a Certified Hand Therapist. In his clinical practice, Lee enjoys helping patients regain reach their best level of function and educating each patient on the dynamics of their problem and how best to prevent issues in the future.

Lee and his wife Gina make their home in Sioux Falls, and have 3 grown daughters together. Lee is involved at his church and currently serves on the church council at Gloria Dei in Sioux Falls. Lee enjoys spending time with his family,  staying active, exercising and doing activities such as golfing, biking and spending time at the lake. Lee is an avid reader, especially non-fiction, on a wide variety of topics, and is passionate about learning and personal growth.
