Tim attended the University of South Dakota and graduated in 2011 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. Tim joined the Prairie Rehabilitation team in 2012. He works primarily at our Sioux Falls Central location, and also treats patients at our Tea and Harrisburg clinic locations.
As an Occupational therapist, Tim focuses on improving each clients function and independence with daily living skills through use of activities and exercises that clients find meaningful. He is certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations, and provides ergonomic consultation and education for clients and companies. Tim enjoys working with clients through the entire rehabilitation process.
Tim has experience with outpatient Upper Extremity orthopedics, occupational health, and functional capacity evaluations. Tim enjoys helping patients return their highest level of function. Tim also enjoys setting personal and work-related goals to challenge himself learn and grow professionally each day.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family. In particular, the enjoy boating, camping, and traveling together. Tim believes a key to success is putting family first, great communication with co-workers and being unselfish.
