Our Team

Tasha was born and raised in Worthington, MN. Tasha graduated from Lake Area Technical Institute located in Watertown, SD with her Associate’s degree for Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been working as a PTA at the Worthington Prairie Rehab & Fitness outpatient clinic since 2007. Prior to working for Prairie Rehabilitation, she worked at Sister Kenny in Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN for 2 years. She employs a wide variety of treatment techniques, combining manual therapy, cupping, therapeutic exercise, patient education and more to ensure her patient’s get the best treatment possible in order to reach their full rehab potential. 

Tasha enjoys working with a wide range of people and enjoys fostering healthy, lifelong, working relationships with each of her patients. Tasha is passionate about helping her patients return to the activities they love and assisting them in attaining their goals to the best of her ability. Tasha’s true passion lies in Sports Rehabilitation and Orthopedics.

Tasha is married and has four children and four dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors and attending sporting events. Nothing makes her happier than watching her children perform in sports or other extracurricular activities. Outside of the clinic, Tasha can be found reading a book, writing, painting, camping, playing volleyball, fishing, or spending time with friends and family.
