Aimee is originally from Wisconsin but moved to South Dakota in 1984. She received her undergraduate degrees in Deaf Education and Communication Disorders from Augustana University in 1995. After working for two years in the school system, Aimee decided to pursue her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at Idaho State University. Aimee became an ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist in 1997 and began working with adults with various neurological disorders in the nursing home, outpatient, and hospital settings.
Aimee joined Prairie Rehabilitation in 2008 to provide SLP services in South Dakota and Minnesota. She is a licensed LSVT LOUD clinician, a treatment program specifically designed for patients with Parkinson’s Disease.
When Aimee isn’t working, you can find her at home relaxing with family or reading.
