Prairie Rehabilitation, Inc. is currently seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist in Sioux Falls, SD. This position would include home health and Prairie at Home within a 30 mile radius of Sioux Falls. Prairie at Home is an outpatient at home program that serves our patients that aren’t truly home bound. Patients will be located in and around Sioux Falls region. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is outgoing, friendly, determined, goal-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence. We are looking for a PT with a passion for clinical excellence. This PT must be able to multitask and communicate clearly with patients and staff in order to provide an exceptional experience for anyone entering the clinic. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited PT program and eligible for licensure in the state of South Dakota. Similar experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
